Unsuccessful Delivery/Return to Sender
If the package fails to be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect phone number, incorrect shipping address, unavailability of receiver,) or if the customer declines to accept the package, it will be sent back to the sender (DIVINA COLLECIONS) at the customer’s cost. This cost includes shipping charges and any customs duties and taxes the package may have incurred; this amount will be subtracted from the order total to be refunded.
Package Damage/Opened Upon Arrival If your package arrives damaged and/or opened, please photograph the damage before inspecting the items inside. File a claim with the courier that delivered your order.
